A delegation from the Foreign Relations Office of the Self-Administration of North and East Syria met on Wednesday 7 November with an American delegation. The meeting was attended by Dr. Abdulkarim Omar, Co-Chair of the Foreign Relations Office, Mr. Fannir Al-Ka’ait, Vice President, Ms. Rania Khalil, US Ambassador HE Mr. William Roebuck, the Chief Adviser of the Special Presidential Envoy of the International Coalition against Da’ash, and Mr. Maxwell Martin, a diplomat at the US State Department. We exchanged views on the issue of the large number of Daesh’s foreign fighters and their families and the need to find appropriate solutions
